Mikaela + Shawn

On an absolutely perfect August 1st, 2020, we photographed Mikaela and Shawn's beautiful wedding at Cellar 52, in St. Jacob's, Ontario. 

Now let me tell you a secret however, Mikaela and Shawn have been trying to get married since June - but as COVID will have it, they had to postpone their event to August. And with this postponement, came some last-minute cancellations from vendors who were unable to continue. And I kid you not, Mikaela and Shawn HUSTLED, and planned the perfect wedding day within TWO WEEKS!

As we were photographing the wedding day, I especially admired Mikaela's attention to detail. From all our emailing back and forth, and sharing of Pinterest boards, and sharing venue photos, the day had finally arrived, and we were blown away!

I won't say too much, and I'll let the photos speak for themselves, but I will say that, during a few days of continuous rain, the rain actually waited for us to finish celebrating the day. We had perfect lighting, perfect venues, and the perfect bride and groom!
